SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1107\">2.1 The subject of this Agreement is the sale and purchase of Products by the Buyer from the Seller through the Website.<br data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"965\" \/>2.2 The Buyer agrees to purchase and the Seller agrees to sell the Products listed on the Website under the terms set forth in this Agreement.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1112\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1154\"><strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1154\">3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND PRICE<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1507\">3.1 The Seller will provide the Buyer with detailed descriptions of the Products, including pricing, specifications, and shipping information.<br data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1301\" \/>3.2 The prices on the Website include VAT (Value Added Tax), unless stated otherwise.<br data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1389\" \/>3.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the prices, promotions, and availability of Products without prior notice.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1512\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1538\"><strong data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1538\">4. ORDER PROCESS<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"2075\">4.1 The Buyer places an Order by selecting the desired Products on the Website and completing the checkout process.<br data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1658\" \/>4.2 After the Order is placed, the Buyer will receive an Order confirmation via email, which will include details of the Product(s) purchased, price, and delivery information.<br data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1836\" \/>4.3 The Seller will process the Order upon receipt of payment.<br data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1901\" \/>4.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an Order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or other reasons, in which case the Buyer will be informed immediately.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2080\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2108\"><strong data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2108\">5. PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2489\">5.1 The Buyer may pay for the Products using the available payment methods on the Website, including but not limited to credit cards, bank transfers, or other online payment systems.<br data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2295\" \/>5.2 The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete payment information.<br data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2372\" \/>5.3 If payment is unsuccessful, the Order will not be processed, and the Buyer will be notified of the payment issue.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2494\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2515\"><strong data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2515\">6. DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"3068\">6.1 The Seller will deliver the Products to the address specified by the Buyer during the checkout process.<br data-start=\"2624\" data-end=\"2627\" \/>6.2 Delivery time varies depending on the location of the Buyer and the shipping method chosen.<br data-start=\"2722\" data-end=\"2725\" \/>6.3 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or political unrest.<br data-start=\"2881\" data-end=\"2884\" \/>6.4 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided delivery address is accurate.<br data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"2976\" \/>6.5 Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown to the Buyer before completing the Order.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3070\" data-end=\"3073\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3105\"><strong data-start=\"3079\" data-end=\"3105\">7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3678\">7.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the Product, without providing any reason.<br data-start=\"3250\" data-end=\"3253\" \/>7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (via email or postal mail) of their decision to withdraw from the Agreement.<br data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3417\" \/>7.3 Upon withdrawal, the Buyer must return the Product in its original condition and packaging, at their own expense.<br data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3537\" \/>7.4 The Seller will refund the Buyer for the Product price, excluding the shipping charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3680\" data-end=\"3683\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3685\" data-end=\"3729\"><strong data-start=\"3689\" data-end=\"3729\">8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WARRANTIES<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3731\" data-end=\"4119\">8.1 The Seller provides a warranty for the Products against defects. LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"4148\" data-end=\"4414\">9.1 The Seller is not liable for any damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications of the Products.<br data-start=\"4276\" data-end=\"4279\" \/>9.2 The Seller\u2019s liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the Product, excluding shipping charges.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4416\" data-end=\"4419\" \/><h3 data-start=\"4421\" data-end=\"4457\"><strong data-start=\"4425\" data-end=\"4457\">10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"4459\" data-end=\"4755\">10.1 The Seller collects and processes the Buyer\u2019s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.<br data-start=\"4597\" data-end=\"4600\" \/>10.2 The Buyer\u2019s personal data will only be used for fulfilling the Order, providing customer service, and sending marketing communications (with consent).<\/p><hr data-start=\"4757\" data-end=\"4760\" \/><h3 data-start=\"4762\" data-end=\"4811\"><strong data-start=\"4766\" data-end=\"4811\">11.
