company duly registered under the laws of Turkey, located at <strong data-start=\"225\" data-end=\"246\">Istanbul<\/strong> (&#8220;Company&#8221;, &#8220;We&#8221;, &#8220;Us&#8221;) and the individual who accepts these terms and conditions (&#8220;Member&#8221;, &#8220;You&#8221;, &#8220;Your&#8221;).<\/p><p data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"515\">By signing up for a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.<\/p><hr data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"520\" \/><h4 data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"557\"><strong data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"557\">1. Membership Registration<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"771\">1.1 To become a member, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the registration process. Termination of Membership<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2387\" data-end=\"2494\">5.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, without notice, if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2622\"><li data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2546\">You breach any of the terms of this Agreement.<\/li><li data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2622\">There is suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity under your account.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2624\" data-end=\"2747\">5.2 You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying the Company through email or the website\u2019s cancellation option.<\/p><p data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2900\">5.3 Upon termination or suspension of membership, you will no longer have access to the membership benefits, and any outstanding fees may still be due.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"2905\" \/><h4 data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"2946\"><strong data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"2946\">6.
