Which Shipping Company is Used for My Orders?

All orders within Turkey are shipped via our contracted courier companies, and international orders are sent through international shipping firms. Orders placed by 14:30 on weekdays within Turkey are shipped within 2 business days. For international orders, shipments are made within 2 business days for orders placed by 12:00 on weekdays. (This does not apply to special holidays or the week before or after holidays.) If there is no courier branch in your area, please note that it may take 1 to 7 days for your order to reach you. Delivery is made twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) to areas without a courier branch.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

After citroenim.com confirms your order and hands it over to the courier, the shipping company will deliver it to the requested address within 2-7 business days. In case of extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, civil unrest, nuclear risks, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, and fire, as well as during official and administrative holidays, sales, promotions, and issues caused by the buyer (such as being unavailable at the address, no authorized person to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved, etc.), the delivery time and conditions may vary.

What Should I Do if My Package is Damaged?

When receiving your order from the courier, please inspect it with the courier representative. If your package is damaged, do not accept it and request a damage report from the courier. Return the damaged product to us via the same courier company that delivered it. Returns sent via a different courier company will not be accepted.
