• Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from shopping on citroenim.com.

  • You can make purchases on citroenim.com using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Orders that are not paid by bank transfer within 3 business days will be canceled. The processing of orders will occur when the payment is confirmed, which is when the payment is either blocked on the credit card or when the transfer is received in our accounts. Payment methods not explicitly mentioned, such as cash on delivery, are not accepted.

  • All orders made under the CITROENIM brand, owned by ARN Digital (hereafter referred to as “ARN Dİgital”), will be delivered with an invoice, as required by law. All prices for the purchases are expressed in Turkish Lira (TL).

  • ARN Dİgital is not responsible for price errors caused by typographical or system errors.

  • Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events that prevent or delay the fulfillment of the obligations by either party, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, or significant system malfunctions, the affected party must immediately notify the other party in writing. No liability will arise during the period of force majeure, and if the force majeure persists for 10 days, either party has the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally.

  • ARN Dİgital does not maintain stock for the hundreds of thousands of products it sells, similar to other online stores. Products are procured according to customer orders. While product lists are updated daily, some items may be out of stock with our suppliers. In such cases, you will be informed by email, and the blocked amount on your credit card will be removed.

  • If you chose the bank transfer option, only the product price will be refunded in the case of an out-of-stock item. Transfer fees charged by banks are not the responsibility of ARN Dİgital. Therefore, it is recommended to make payments through your bank’s internet branch or ATM.

  • Delivery Information:

    • Domestic orders are delivered through our contracted courier company.
    • For international orders, the products will be delivered through international courier companies, including PTT upon request.
    • If your package is not delivered within the expected time frame, please email us at e-bilgi@citroenim.com. Both our customer service and the courier company can track the package. Once the package is delivered, the delivery company’s responsibility will be considered fulfilled.
    • In case of damaged goods during delivery, the package should not be accepted. A damage report must be filed, and the report should be sent to us via email (information@citroenim.com). ARN Dİgital will promptly source a replacement and arrange for re-delivery.

  • Order Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us via email (bilgi@citroenim.com) or through the contact number on our website. Upon request, your order will be canceled, and the product price will be refunded to your account. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will depend on the bank’s processing times, and you should contact your bank’s customer service to learn when the amount will be reflected in your account. In case of bank transfer, the refunded amount will be directly transferred to your specified account.

  • Order Return:

    • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product or signing the contract without providing a reason. In such cases, the customer will return the product, and the seller will refund the product price. Personalized products cannot be returned.
    • In case of withdrawal, the original invoice must be returned. The refund will be processed within 10 days after receiving the product and the required documents. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any other legal deductions cannot be refunded.

  • Payment Security:

    • Your credit card information is not stored in our system. For your security, your card number is hidden in all screens.

  • Acceptance of Terms:

    • The customer acknowledges that they have read and understood all the essential information regarding the products, including their characteristics, VAT-inclusive price, payment method, delivery method, and supply and delivery time before making the purchase. By completing the purchase on citroenim.com, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms their approval.

  • In cases not addressed in this contract, the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 will apply.
