Buyer:

1. DEFINITIONS

4. ORDER PROCESS

4.3 The Seller will process the Order upon receipt of payment.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.4 The Seller will refund the Buyer for the Product price, excluding the shipping charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WARRANTIES

8.1 The Seller provides a warranty for the Products against defects. If the Buyer receives a defective Product, the Buyer may return the Product for a full refund or replacement.
8.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
8.3 The Buyer should inspect the Product upon receipt and notify the Seller of any defects within 14 days.

9. LIABILITY

9.1 The Seller is not liable for any damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications of the Products.
9.2 The Seller’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the Product, excluding shipping charges.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

10.2 The Buyer’s personal data will only be used for fulfilling the Order, providing customer service, and sending marketing communications (with consent).
