Shipping Order Delivery FAQs

Is there a delivery fee for orders placed on the online store?

Free shipping applies to orders above (price) and for a total of up to 10 products. Otherwise, shipping fees will be added to the products. The charges you incur are based on the tariff applied by the courier company we work with.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

All orders within Turkey are shipped through our contracted courier companies, while international shipments are handled by international shipping companies. Domestic orders placed by 14:30 on weekdays will be delivered within 2 business days. For international orders, those placed by 12:00 on weekdays will be processed within 2 business days. (This does not apply to special holidays or public holidays). If there is no courier branch in your area, delivery may take between 1 and 7 days. For areas without a courier branch, deliveries are made twice a week (Tuesday and Friday).

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed in our system and payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 days. In some cases, if there are special requests, we will contact you after the order is placed to arrange the delivery time accordingly.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Our company, AFITCO DIŞ TİCARET PAZ. SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş., is a commercial entity and is required to issue invoices. A 20% VAT will be added to the products you purchase. An invoice will be issued with the details you provided during the order process.


Payment and Order FAQs

When will the payment for my order be processed from my bank account?

The payment will be processed immediately if your card balance is sufficient. If not, the order will be rejected by the bank.

What is the Favorite List?

The Favorite List is a list where you can save products you like. During promotional periods, you can buy products from your list if they are available in stock or save them for a later date.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact our company immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Damaged products will be replaced under warranty. We take precautions to avoid damage during shipping. Please check the product for damages when you receive it and do not accept it if it is damaged. If possible, please send us photos of the broken product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us before the order is shipped if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed without a return. You must first return the product.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message from the courier company with the tracking number on the phone number you provided. Additionally, you will receive an email to the registered email address in our system with all the tracking details once your order is shipped.
